Shocking Attack: Thugs Armed with Machetes and Axe Assault Boy
This disturbing incident captured on video reveals the horrifying moment three individuals, one wielding a machete, launched a brutal attack on a young boy. The footage shows the gang, dressed in tracksuits, viciously assaulting their victim before casually walking away, leaving him on the ground in distress.
In the video, it is apparent that one of the attackers is armed with a large knife, while another appears to be holding an axe. As the assault unfolds, one gang member restrains the victim, allowing the armed assailant to swing the blade towards him. The boy is subsequently brought down to the ground, where the machete-wielding thug continues to slash at him, while the other two attackers inflict further blows with their hands and feet.
After the violent confrontation, the assailants pull up their hoods and walk away nonchalantly, with the individual carrying the machete tucking it into his belt while holding the axe in his hand. This alarming incident took place in Pennyfields Park, located in Poplar, East London, on a Wednesday afternoon, as reported by NeedToKnow.

A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police stated, “On Wednesday at 5:45 PM, police were called to Pennyfields Park, Poplar, following reports of a stabbing.” Officers arrived at the scene alongside the London Ambulance Service to attend to the victim, who sustained stab wounds. He was subsequently transported to a nearby hospital, where his injuries were assessed and confirmed to be non-life-changing and not life-threatening.
At this initial stage of the investigation, no arrests have been made. Authorities are actively conducting urgent inquiries to gather more information. The police urged the public, “If you have any information that may assist, please come forward. Enquiries are ongoing.”
A spokesperson for the London Ambulance Service added, “We were called at 5:46 PM on Wednesday to reports of a stabbing in Pennyfields Park, Poplar. We dispatched an ambulance crew, a paramedic in a fast response car, and an incident response officer to the scene. A trauma team from London’s Air Ambulance was also deployed.” The first paramedic arrived in less than five minutes to provide care. “We treated one patient and took him to a major trauma center as a priority,” the spokesperson concluded.
The victim was left on the ground, prompting urgent calls for justice and safety in the area.
