Model Alleges Sexual Assault by Andrew Tate in Shocking Lawsuit

Los Angeles Woman Files Lawsuit Against Andrew Tate for Abuse Allegations

A woman from Los Angeles has initiated legal proceedings against Andrew Tate, a controversial online influencer notorious for his promotion of misogynistic ideologies. The plaintiff, Brianna Stern, a model, accuses Tate of both physical and sexual abuse during their relationship, which reportedly began last July.

According to the civil complaint submitted on Thursday in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, Stern claims that Tate subjected her to choking, physical violence, and verbal humiliation throughout their time together. The relationship included a recent hotel stay in California, which, according to Stern, witnessed further incidents of abuse.

This lawsuit adds to the mounting legal troubles facing Andrew Tate, who is also under investigation by authorities in both Britain and Romania for serious allegations including human trafficking, money laundering, and various sex crimes. Tate and his brother, Tristan, endured approximately two years of fluctuating house arrest in Romania amid these ongoing investigations, only to be permitted to leave the country in February of this year.

In response to Stern’s allegations, representatives for Tate have vehemently denied the claims. “This is a blatant cash grab — a desperate attempt by a sad individual to exploit Andrew’s success and reputation for personal gain,” stated his U.S. legal team. They further asserted that Stern’s decision to publicize her accusations reveals her true intentions: seeking money and attention rather than justice.

The 30-page lawsuit details a pattern of threatening behavior from Tate, as well as claims of psychological control and manipulation during their relationship. Stern’s accusations paint a troubling picture of the dynamics between the two, raising significant concerns about the implications of such behavior in relationships.
